A place steeped in history Charming cottage near Blois (41) and Chambord
The Priory and its Romanesque bell tower were built in 1060 by the monks of Marmoutier. Damaged during the Hundred Years' War, the building was rebuilt in the 15th century and remodeled in the 19th, when it acquired its current appearance.
Completely renovated and modernized in 2015, it combines modern comfort with old-world charm.
Hubert Treuille, father of the current owner, a botanical enthusiast and world traveller, collected more than 2,000 different plant species from all over the world..
The park, accessible to guests of the Priory, is an oasis of tranquillity where every step is a discovery..
